LGfL's IP Telephony systems take advantage of resilient core call management infrastructure so schools need only pay for the handsets and calls. As a result, a simplified and highly accessible product range comprising a selection of IP phones and conferencing devices, from entry-level handsets to feature-rich touch screen video phones, is available to schools.
Deployment and support of the service are centrally managed via an externally hosted website that fully integrates with USO. Via this site schools can configure their handsets and system functionality (in line with relevant licencing agreements). It is also possible to run detailed reports that show call data and billing information with all call data being available in near real-time.
